If you are looking for a Cardio based class that concentrates on strengthening the central aspect of the body ,then look no further. The class caters for all levels of fitness but would be better suited to those without active spinal irritation. Our personal trainer uses a combination of circuit/cross fit stations to encourage flexibility and strength for the whole body and especially the core. If you want to increase spinal strength this class is definitely for you.
